He is also into mergers and acquisitions for companies and has done some successful transactions. He has worked with ICICI Bank Ltd, Ideal Group, N. C Shaw & Beverages Pvt Ltd(a Franchise unit of Seagram's India ltd), Ansal Chaudhary Developers Pvt Ltd–Kathmandu (A JV company of Ansal Group and Choudhary Group)

Mr. Subrat Kumar Singhdeo, Executive Secretary 
A post-graduate in sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, with certificate courses from Harvard University, USA and Institute of Social Studies, Netherlands. A former Executive Director of Rashtirya Gramin Vikas Nidhi, Guwahati (an Indian grant making agency set up by IFCI, IDBI & NABARD), he has also executed number of consulting assignments for donor agencies such as the Ford Foundation, CARE, Freedom from Hunger, India Development Services, USA, Lutheran World Relief. NOVIB, OXFAM, SKN-Netherlands, Action Aid, IGSSS and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust. Apart from writing two chapters, he has co- edited a book on Human Security: From Concept to Practice, published by World Scientific, Singapore in 2011. He has been heading the operation of Madhyam Foundation since its inception. He has also completed a yearlong (4 modules) Social impact Leadership programme conducted by DASRA in collaboration with Harvard Business School.
