 Conducted a study entitled “Promoting responsive business behavior in Jharkhand: A study to identify status, drivers and scope for enhanced poverty impact”, Commissioned by Partner in Change, New Delhi, (July-August, 2005)

 Conducted a scoping study  for IDS of USA to identify a group of four NGOs in Bihar and Jharkhand for IDS support, May 2005

 Conducted a Statewide programme review of three NGO Networks, supported by OXFAM in Jharkhand, Feb—March, 2005

 Acted as a   consultant  to ORMAS, Govt. of Orissa to  review the five year perspective plan for implementation of National Food for Work Programme in five districts of Orissa, March-April, 2005

 Conducted a study on ‘Approaches, issues and concerns of selected micro finance institutions’ in Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, West Bengal and Assam’ for Sa-Dhan, New Delhi, a national level network, September-November, 2004

 Conducted  evaluation of SHG intervention in Gujarat Harmony project of CARE-India, August,2004

 Conducted a feasibility study for CARE-India for setting of a State level micro finance capacity building institute in Orissa, April—June, 2004

 Had undertaken a study for Ford Foundation, New Delhi (July 2003 to September 2003) to do a critical review of selected group of 10 NGOs, exclusively engaged in micro finance activities. Subsequent to the study, the Ford Foundation decided to support 9 NGOs located in the districts of Khurdha, Balasore, Sambalpur, Kalahandi and Malkangiri for a period of three years

 Conducted a scoping study  for IDS of USA to identify a group of five NGOs in Orissa for IDS support,2003

 Contracted  by CARE- India as a Strategic Partner for a group of 38 NGOs in Bolangir, Phulbani and Gajapati districts of Orissa under its Community Based Drought Response Program. Duration of this assignment was from Aug`03 to Dec`03 and March`04 to July`04.The main responsibility was to provide training and handholding services to SHGs, promoted by these NGOs.
